接通电源
调节温度开关至所需温度。当环境温度达到设定温度时, 温控器会自动关闭加热装置。 当环境温度低于设定温度一定温差时,温控器会自动打开加热装置开关
Connect the power
Adjust the thermostat to set the target temperature. when the environment temperature reach the target temperature, the thermostat will turn off the heating elements. When the environment’s temperature is some degrees lowers than the set target temperature, the thermostat will automatically turn on the heating elements.
电气接口: 自带15m 4*2.5耐低温电缆线, 链接690v/50Hz三相供电
6. 温度调节开关 Adjustable thermostat switch
该加热器温度调节开关为可调式液体膨胀式温控, 温度可调范围为 0~40℃。
该温度调节开关也可作为手动调试开关使用。将温度设置调到最大值, 如果环境温度不 超过 30℃时,加热器将会开始正常工作

The adjustable thermostat is also can be used as manual on/off switch. Set the target temperature to the maximum, if the environment temperature is lower than 30℃, the fan heater will start to work.
7. 过热保护装置 Overheat protection device
该暖风机的过热保护装置为液体膨胀式温控, 通常设置过热保护温度为 85±3℃。当因加 热器出现异常导致温度过热时,电路将会被切断。当温度降到安全温度时, 加热器将会 自动重新加热。
The overheat protection device is a liquid swell thermostat, the overheat protection temperature is normally 85±3℃.When there is an overheat due to there is some wrong with the fan heater, the overheat protection device will cut the power of heating elements. When the temperature lower to the safe temperature, the overheat protection device will automatically turn on the heating elements again.
8. 保养和维修 Maintenance and repair
应该由专业人员每年对暖风机检查和维护一次,包括检查暖风机工作是否正常,清除加 热器风机和管道内灰尘。
There should be professionals check and maintain the fan heater once a year, including checking if the operation of fan heater is proper, cleaning the dust on motor
and in the tunnel.
